You send in your defective keypad and we have it returned directly to you after the repair is completed.  As of 10/14/2025 you will be required to send a picture of the serial and part number before we process your order.  Until we receive this, your order will not be processed.  You agree that if you do return a keypad that can’t be repaired, you agree to pay ATMSS $600.00 withing 15 days.  By ordering you are agreeing to these terms.  We had to do this because people were sending us non-repairable keypads
