ATM Sales and Systems will set up the repair with Genmega for a B3 or B5 normal repair.  You will then send in your keypad directly to Genmega with the assigned GRQ numbef(s) The keypad(s) you send in with your GRQ number(s) on the box will be returned to you directly from Genmega. This saves time getting the keyad sent directly to Genmega rather than sending it to us and then to Genmega Warranty on pin pad repair is 90 days. Does not cover abuse or neglect.
