Genmega and Hantle B5 Keypad

New keypad for Genmega or Hantle EPP V5.X PCI B5.  You must have at least software version V05.00.37 or the secure passwords can not be set and master keys can’t be entered.  These keypads are for use with the Genmega G2500, G1900, Onyx, Onyx-W, Hantle C4000, T4000 and 1700W.  When upgrading a Hantle C4000 you will need the top vault sliding tray in order for the pin pad to fit or you will need to cut your existing tray.

All ATM models you are upgrading to a B5 you will need the matching bracket or you can buy the PCI kit with the new B5 keypads HERE

Default Key Management Passwords: Part 1 00000000 / Part 2 00000000

If you remove a B5 without putting it in Maintenance Mode – it will delete all stored master keys and revert the passwords to default..  That is the only way to ‘clear’ or reset a B5 keypad – there are no jumpers on the back.
